Do you have questions about your stay at Appartements Maria Theresia? Our frequently asked questions provide quick answers about check-in and check-out, cancellation policies, apartment amenities, parking, breakfast, wellness facilities, and many other topics. If you need further assistance, our team will be happy to help you personally and ensure your stay is as pleasant as possible.
What are your cancellation policies?
- Free cancellation up to 90 days before arrival
- 89 to 30 days before arrival: 50% cancellation fee
- 29 to 14 days before arrival: 80% cancellation fee
- Less than 14 days before arrival: 100% cancellation fee
The Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions (AGBH 2006) apply.
In the event of late arrival, no-show or early departure, the full arrangement price will be charged.
A processing fee of €50 applies to all cancellations. We also recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
We reserve the right to cancel a booking without giving reasons up to 24 hours after the reservation has been received.
Do you offer a bread delivery service?
Yes. Upon request, our local bakery delivers fresh breakfast rolls directly to your apartment every morning.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Your apartment will be ready for check-in by 4:00 PM on the day of arrival.
On your departure day, we kindly ask you to vacate your apartment by 9:30 AM to allow for cleaning.
Which payment methods do you accept?
You can settle your final invoice in cash or by bank transfer before your arrival or during your stay.
How is the final cleaning fee calculated?
A one-time final cleaning fee of €110 to €190 per apartment applies, depending on the apartment booked.
Can I book breakfast with my apartment?
Yes. Upon request, you are welcome to enjoy the breakfast buffet at the neighbouring Hotel Alpenruh**.
Is there an indoor swimming pool?
Yes. Upon request, guests may use the indoor pool at the neighbouring Hotel Alpenruh**.
Are pets allowed?
To accommodate guests with pet hair allergies, we kindly ask for your understanding that pets are unfortunately not permitted.
Is Wi-Fi available?
Free Wi-Fi is available in all apartments and throughout the public areas.
What coffee machines are available in the apartments?
Each apartment is equipped with both a Nespresso coffee machine and a filter coffee machine. A wide selection of Nespresso and Illy coffee capsules is available from us.
What should I bring for my baby or toddler?
We provide the following baby and toddler equipment free of charge:
- Travel cot
- Bed guard
- Various high chairs
- Changing mat
- Baby bathtub
- Children's tableware and cutlery
- Night light
- Baby monitor
Please let us know before your arrival which items you require.
During winter, sledges are available in limited quantities for children. In summer, various outdoor games such as badminton or Velcro ball games can be borrowed.
Our lounge also offers a selection of board games and children's books.
Is there a charging station for electric vehicles?
Yes. An EV charging station is available in our underground garage.
The charging fee is €0.50 per kWh.
What parking facilities are available?
Free parking is available directly at the property throughout your stay.
Upon request and subject to availability, an underground parking space can also be reserved.
For loading and unloading, you may briefly stop in the designated arrival and departure parking spaces directly in front of the main entrance.
How are your apartment prices calculated?
Our prices vary depending on season and availability and are adjusted daily according to demand to ensure you receive the best available rate.
All prices are quoted per apartment, per night, based on standard occupancy (subject to change), plus the local tourist tax of €3.70 per person per day for guests aged 15 years and over. VAT is included.
Is smoking allowed?
All of our holiday apartments are strictly non-smoking.
How does the reservation and cancellation process work?
Reservations and cancellations are only valid when submitted in writing.
A deposit of 50% is required within 7 days of booking by bank transfer. The necessary bank details will be provided with your booking confirmation.
Is there a sauna?
Our wellness area, featuring a sauna, infrared cabin and wellness shower, is available during opening hours.
Wellness slippers and cosy bathrobes are available upon request.
Is there a ski storage room?
Our ski room offers plenty of space for skis, snowboards, sledges and other winter sports equipment.
A ski boot and snowboard boot dryer is also available.
During winter, complimentary VIMANA test snowboards are available upon prior request.
Do you offer a laundry service?
Yes. We are happy to provide a laundry service for an additional charge.
