Cancellation policy

  • Up to 90 days before arrival free of charge

  • 89 days - 30 days before arrival 50%

  • 29 days - 14 days before arrival 80%

  • Less than 14 days 100%

The provisions of the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH 2006) apply.

 

Please note: In the event of late arrival or early departure
we shall charge you the full price of the package.
A handling fee of € 50.- will be charged for cancellations.

local tax

  • The local tax is charged at € 2.60 per person/per day.

  • From November 2024 € 3.70 per person/per day.

  • Children up to the age of 15 are exempt.

Terms of payment

A down-payment of 50 per cent of the booking amount is due after completion of the booking.

Please note that we do not accept any credit card payments. You may transfer the remainder before your arrival or pay in cash during your stay.

Travel cancellation insurance

We would recommend taking out a travel cancellation insurance policy in case of any accident, sickness or any necessary early departure. In this way you have a guarantee that any costs will be reimbursed.

Arrival and departure

  • Our flats are ready for occupancy from 4.00 pm on the day of your arrival. After cleaning, the flats can also be occupied earlier. Please inform us in good time if you expect to arrive after 8.00 pm.
  • Please vacate the apartments by 10.00 a.m. on the day of your departure.

Pets

After we want to meet the demands of guests with allergies to animal hair, we ask for your understanding that unfortunately we can not provide accommodation for four-legged friends.

Non-smokers

All our holiday apartments are, without exception, non-smoking apartments.
