Cancellation policy

Up to 60 days before your arrival: free of charge

• 59 to 30 days before your arrival: 60 per cent
• 29 to 14 days before your arrival: 80 per cent
• less than 14 days before your arrival: 90 per cent


Please note: In the event of late arrival or early departure
we shall charge you the full price of the package.
A handling fee of € 100.- will be charged for cancellations.

Arrival and departure

  • On the day of your arrival our apartments are ready for occupancy at 3.00 p.m. Please let us know in good time if you will arrive later that 8.00 p.m.
  • Please vacate the apartments by 10.00 a.m. on the day of your departure.

Terms of payment

Please pay your bill between 6.00 p.m. and 7.00 a.m. on the evening before your departure; you may also transfer the remainder before your arrival. A down-payment of 50 per cent of the booking amount is due after completion of the booking. Please note that we do not accept any credit card payments.

Travel cancellation insurance

We would recommend taking out a travel cancellation insurance policy in case of any accident, sickness or any necessary early departure. In this way you have a guarantee that any costs will be reimbursed.

Non-smokers

All our holiday apartments are, without exception, non-smoking apartments.

 

All prices and any other information specified on our homepage are without warranty. Please note that these may be altered at any time and without giving reasons.

Availability

We offer you the opportunity to check the availability of your desired apartment quickly and easily online. Please enter the required time period as well as the number of nights and the number of persons. Subsequently you will be informed immediately if the requested holiday apartment is still available at your chosen dates.

Pets

We appreciate your understanding that – for reasons of hygiene - it is not possible for us to permit you to bring pets.
